Anyone keep a log book?

For as long as I can remember I have bought a small wirebound tablet for my vehicles. It comes in handy for part numbers, prices, warranties, etc. I sometimes write down such things as best mileage or small changes that I make or notice and may otherwise forget. Oil changes and tire wear are the most important. For my motorcycle I even have a notebook/portfolio with all my purchases and riding impressions in it. When one of you guys posts something I may need in the future (Especially photos) I put a copy in there, also. Just wondering.

Keep part numbers, maintenance with notes and any adjustments I make. As for notes from the forums and such I copy and paste into docs and store in a folder on my laptop. I will forget this stuff, my memory is not what is once was. :'(
