Triple action helps control wear/ deposits/emissions. Klotz controls wear/deposits/emissions.

Rotella protects the pocketbook,
Klotz sucks it dry.

I can recommend Castrol Xtevo 10W40 at $6 litre or Rotella T Dino 15W40 at $12 gallon. Mine uses less oil with the Rotella, but very little with either. Stay away from energy star oil AND engine additives like STP and such. Just in case you don't know engine oil is for trans case also. That question has been asked, so I'm just bringing it up again. BTW I have about 3,500 miles on each of these oils and run Rotella now. Smiley

Tell you what bill, ship your bike out here for me to put some serious miles on it.

I'll only put your preferred grade of klotz in it and leave it completely stock.

In a couple of years, we'll know whether you are right or wrong.

What say you bill?

Formal Oil War is declared, first shots have already been fired

Don't be silly, Bill isn't gonna ever let anybody see his "no maintenance required" bike or let you hear his bike run (assuming that original OEM battery that has lasted forever will actually still crank it).

Reminds me of an old joke...
An old woman visits a doctor with a complaint about flatuence, she tells the doc 'they can't be bad though, they don't smell and they're very quiet'  The doc writes her a prescription and hands it to her.  And she asks 'will this cure the farts?'  The doc responds very loudly... 'No, this will clear your ears, and we'll work on the sinuses next'.   Grin
