Question about Snowblowers (Read 97 times)

rl153 Serious Thumper Offline S40 Just right! Posts: 900 Bloomfield,CT Gender:	Question about Snowblowers 03/19/11 at 09:45:03 I changed the oil in my snowblower and mistakenly allowed less than a 1/4 teaspoon of gas to mix with 26oz of oil in the process . Is that going to be a problem when I start it ,or is it little enough that it doesn't matter? Thanks!

See if others agree, before you take what I think as gospel...

Posts: 224	Re: Question about Snowblowers Reply #5 - 03/21/11 at 17:42:41 -makes the oil thinner- less viscosity I hate changing oil- messy and gives me a headache when I get it on my hands now- years ago not a problem - maybe all of that gas I've swallowed siphoning from one car to another!

I didn't have good luck tho with the pcv valve on my car . Somehow pulling the old one out ,I messed up something electrical ,and now the car is at the mechanics . Oh well.

You'll be fine.
