I think there are only two choices if you just want to bolt on a new rotor without changing anything else. One is another stock rotor and the other is and EBC rotor.

Choices are limited because Suzuki, in its wisdom, decided to go with an oddball 4-bolt mount instead of the far more common 5- and 6-bolt mounts. Also, since Savages are supposedly beginner/budget bikes, the aftermarket in general is really slim. The parts makers don't see enough money to be made from Savage owners.

If you want to start changing out bits of the front end, your possibilities increase, but so does the legwork of figuring out what fits and tracking it down. You can go with a complete front end from a GS, including dual brakes. The trick is finding all the parts then refurbishing them. Here's some guy with forks but no top triple clamp. Here's a triple clamp but no handlebar mounts. Here's a wheel but no rotor. Here are the rotors but no calipers. Gonna need seals and boots, bolts, bearings... It's a scavenger hunt.

There might be more choices in the UK and elsewhere overseas where the motorcycle market is much more diverse than here in the US.

Goldfren also do a disk for LS650/Savage/S40 - see http://www.goldfren.cz/_download_catalogs/_catalog_discs.pdf.

Or if you're as financially challenged as me, here in the Shakey Isles it was cheaper to have a new disk laser cut. I still have the DXF file I drew for that lying around - I should post it some time.
