just get a large liquid measuring cup or if you wanna be fancy you can go to one of those sciency hobby stores that sell gem stones and fossil replicas and get a graduated cylinder. Clymers calls for 441ml. measure to 450 and your good. Just make sure you have the measuring vessel on a flat surface or at least in the exact same spot and orientation on an uneven surface for both measurements. Uneven oil level makes things...weird.
