Hey guys,
I've noticed that all the new bikes and some of the older ones have the bottom of the fins are all black. Is this powder or just some high temp paint? I've got everything apart now and I'm thinking about making things pretty.

If you have it apart already I'd get it powder coated. It holds up a lot better than paint. I had mine done a few years ago and it still looks brand new.

I have it very much apart. The crank case is currently split in half and tucked under my desk at work.

no JOG. It
will
go back together. We've had a couple decent days up here and I'm itching to be back on the road. Concidering that I normally ride in all weather, having sunshine and no bike is killing me.
