leaky exhaust
02/04/11 at 05:57:54

I have a leak on my exhaust from what i think is putting the new muffler on too tight, or maybe not tight enough. Is there a good way to fix it?

i was thinking about using exhaust wrap stuff around where they overlay and then tightening the muffler down.

any other ideas?

Did you try the candle test?
a leak will blow the flame around.

I tried that. It kept blowing out before I could even get to second gear.
