No.  The bulb has been removed since the turn signal on that side is on the sidecar.

Phelonius  BTW you are about the third person who has posted that same statement. That photo has been on this site previously.

Phel, I've never seen that before. I actually did think it might be on the other side, but I couldn't tell. Used to have an old friend with a sidecar. He had some kind of old Harley with the hand shifter. He rode till he was about 80 and got in bad health. In a town of 3,500 a side car stands out. Happy riding.
