But they are a completely different design, allowing mine to go to 6". Price difference,......mine are very time consuming to build, having to make many new parts,......then welding them to the new plates. Routy

It's just standard bullet turn signals, bought them online. Got the tail light from Speedway Motors.

hello, im new to the forum. I have just picked up a 97 ls650 with 2300 miles on it! I need a set of forward controls (6' 1", 250). this is my first motorcycle and i am surprised to see a whole working forum devoted to this bike! Any who... sent PM about forward controls. thanks! Looking forward to meeting all of you

P.S. does anyone know where i can get some inexpensive drag bars for this bike? The stock buckhorn bars suck!

Welcome aboard, toolfan43. I joined the family here just a few weeks ago myself. Great bunch of guys (and gals)! Post a picture in the picture forum and hope to see you around.

Regarding the drag bars, posting the question in the "Rubber Side Down" forum will get you more results and keep this section focused on Routy's product. Good luck with your mods.

The biggest difference between Routy's forward controls and mine beside the look are that Routy's keep the kick stand in the stock location. The forward controls that I make move the peg and kickstand forward. Moving the kickstand forward will make the bike lean a little more when parked. Routy makes a nice forward control kit.
