What is the most complete stock kit available and where is the best place to order? What comes with a rebuild kit? Thanks

The most complete kit, is a new carb...
I never buy anything to rebuild, just take it all apart and clean it...

If you want internal parts or gaskets, your local bike repair shop can probably order them or match them up with stuff they have in stock. I, too, have never replaced internals. Just clean and reassemble.

I was curious about the needle valve in particular; OEM assembly is about $53. If a rebuild kit comes with it, then that may the way to go. Considering the fact that the carb is now off and disassembled, I feel like I may as well replace the needle valve. I'm not too concerned about the other jets and such because they all look good to me.

I bought a dyno kit (which is not good) and a float bowl gasket. Take it apart and see what you need first. then go get it from the dealer. Lancer has cheaper jets so I wish now that I had just ordered off him. The only good part with the dyno kit was the adjustable needle.

but you won't need most of it.

Thanks, verslagen. That's exactly what I want. Your right though, I probably won't use the jet needle and clip.

A decent practice I guess; it just won't fix a faulty valve seat though.
