Broke my left leg and right arm, spent three weeks in the hospital and will be confined to the bed and wheel chair the next four weeks. Keep a 'heads up' and ride safe!!!

Doing speed limit.........braked hard.....missed my 'out' by inches...back of cycle clipped right rear of car......probably down to 15 mph or less. no damage to car. only damage to cycle is a broken left turn signal and damaged left saddle bag. happened 500 ft from home. neighbor said bike looked great but i was pretty bummed up. advice? my helmet was the life savor for my face....the shield is scratched up bad. opened my eyes to see nothing but grass....cycle on left leg.
