Put my dyna on when I changed jets,but now I can't even here it run,I have 52.5 pilot and 152.5 main w/ half wh. spacer and air pod. I was wondering if I poke a hole for sound I'll have to re jet again.

Dyna's loosen up internally pretty quickly -- don't do anything to it. It will be roaring soon enough.

Yup,.. I didn't do it on purpose,.. but after 16k miles she blew out the center baffle,... and it was way LOUD!.....
Made it run crappy too...

i just took off a jardine and went back to a stock. I have one sitting around now. Quieter!

I knocked a hole in it with a shaft we had at work. Don't know the size but it runs fine and sounds decent enough.

Whats the part number on the dyna mufflers you guys are useing? It sound better or worse then a sportster or supertrapp muff?

I don't think its much louder than stock but look much better,as for showing what I did,just put a screwdriver in and whacked it w/hammer.not sure of part# bought on ebay.
