Some of you may remember the chrome Indian head I had on my front fender. I lost it on my first ride. I replaced it with an Indian style fender light which was really cool but just seemed out of place. My bike is pretty ratty and there was nothing ratty about that fender light at all. Way too pretty for my bike. (It'd look great on something a bit dressier though, let me know if you're interested.) So on a recent trip to Wisconsin (actually passed through Genoa City, Bill) I found this guy. Much more appropriate.

Since I just dropped my insurance carrier and switched to Geico for a saving of $66/yr, I was thinking of getting a Mascot similar to yours for the fender or tank. I like the look. We have small Salamanders around here. While they appear to be more aerodynamic, they just don't have "The Look".

Like most of us he got screwed. Two self threading into his hard rubber body and gorilla glue to keep his feet down. His tail acts as a speedometer, the faster I go the higher it points.
