I've been debating between the 10" mini apes that I purchased a last year and my stock (or some form) of drag bars, on some form of lower risers.
Saw the pics from another member that did almost exactly what I'm looking for my bike to look like "in the end" (at least, until I get tired of it and "Kevin-ify" my bike...
)
Here's how she sits:
Got the brake lever assembly mounted this evening... Now to source a new cable for it. I've got the Savage clutch and throttle cables which are apparently JUST long enough to fit with my 10" mini apes. I need to debate on what to do next with the cables for turn signals, start, etc. They aren't quite long enough, could probably be made to fit... I'm thinking just cut in the middle and add "extension" pieces like I did for my Jeep when I relocated the CD player into my center console.
After that... Time to finish up the rear fender mount to the swing arm and brace it somehow.
