I know that the savage practicaly hasent changed over the years, other than going from a 4 step transmission to a 5 ! But will a carburator from a 86 fit a 93 !

If the 93 is stock & the "new" carb is stock, you may find it runs better. IDK when the jetting was changed to run them leaner for EPA requirements.

Fit yes

in the states, the '86 has a 155 main jet.

which is a tad rich, but runs fine.

It's in the tech doc's, but I think every since '95 has a 145.

Hi all!I bought last month a carb , it came 2006, it hasn't air bolt, but i saw all jet has japanise character, i dont know these jets are oem jets?
