The movie is "Reckless" 1984,... starring Aidan Quinn and the bike he rides is the grandaddy of our Savage, a Suzuki gn400...
The full film is available on u-tube in 9 parts... it is doubtful that it will ever be released on dvd because of music copyright costs...
