No Start

This morning when I tried start, it turned over a few seconds, then nothing.  I cycled the key and kill switch, and then it just got the rapid clicking you get with a low battery.  Had lights and Neutral light, but no start.  Threw everything in the truck and went to work.

Fast forward to the afternoon.  I get home, turn on the key and nothing.  No lights, no neutral light, no crank.  I plug in the battery tender and it shows it is charging.  Since it is a trickle style charger, I assume it will not start till it get some charge into the battery.  Correct?

And if I still have no change after a few hours, where should I start to look?

If you have a 2 amp charger I would put that on over night,If its still weak you probably need a new battery.

Good news, Charged over night with no change, except that the Battery tender showed a full charge, so I took Verslagen1's (and my old Plt. Sgt's) advice "Geez LT, I know you've been to the Motor Office course to learn about troubleshooting and all, but how about we try the simple shi7 first".

I pulled the battery, cleaned the terminals and all the connections, re-assembled and it works like a champ.

And a little few hr charge can't  hurt either.

Anytime a bad connection stops output, it could have been limiting input too.

No, It's a sealed battery, or I would have.
