the official language of Kenya is Swalhili, odd that an official document like a birth cirtificate is in English.
The official language of the United States is English,and the last time I checked Hawaii is part of the US.
PS English being the official language you would think it would be spoken properly,? Oh well practice practice ,you will get it soon,another 100 years or so.

The US does NOT have an official language, though there have been attempts to set one. Way back when, german imigrants were so numerous and the language so widespread that there was initiative to make German the official US language. If there were an official language the government wouldnt have to be printing english on one side of documents and spanish on the other. And I dont have anything against immigrants illegal or legal so long as you arent here to make trouble, but seriously...speak f***ing english. We conduct business in english in 9 out of 10 cases. When I went to mexico i was expected to speak spanish. People got irritated when I said something poorly or my vocabulary was lacking. If you want to be accepted by a new society do as the f***ing romans do or you arent going to be taken seriously. Rant over.
