New to the chrome and steel: tire question! thx

Hi All, I've had my '95 savage for a month now and I love it. It's a great first bike. Sorry if this is a repost, I just found this forum and I tried searching a bunch.
The tires are quite aged so I'm replacing them. As far as tubes what is the stem style? TR-4??? Are the 90degree angle stems ok for our stock rims?
Also, can I run a 150/80-15 on the back? I figure that extra width and tiny bit of height can't hurt much. I think I have the clearance in there.
Thanks All... BTW, anyone in Los Angeles want to meet up and ride?

Also in LA
also replace the rimstrips
90° valve stems desired, make sure to install pointing away from pulley.
150/80 maybe a problem, but should be able to adjust/replace some hardware to fit.

Thanks... next question. All the tires I'm finding are tubeless design, it's fine to use tubeless tires with tubes right?
