So like what are you saying? you did the white spacer mod and you f'd up and now the engine floods?  Cause why?  Did you put it back together wrong?  Did you fix it?  I figured that it's over rich cause of the white spacer mod and you need to make it leaner.  Which can be done by taking out the snorkel for a little bit leaner or taking off the door for a whole lot leaner.

yes, drilling holes in the muff will make it louder.

yes you can use a muff from an '80's, it's the same mouse fart muff.  You want something louder, search for dyna muff.

I don't 'speak' pigeon English very well... but if you increase sound, most of the time you reduce backpressure.

search hartman mod
also drill muff
it's been done.

i was thinking the baffles is in perf condition,i though it kinda echos amplifying noise the only mod is sliping on a piece conduit at end of baffle put bout 3/4 in hole the cap on the conduit slip over muffler no mods on muff. would that change backpressure

Since you don't seem to be modifying the existing muff in any way other than shoving a tube up it rear, give it a try.  Don't think it'll work.

what doyou think for muffler mod
not gonna use a kazoo just a hole bigger than the baffle whole, but back pressure on car is same as bike?????? its a tin can

Step 1: Consume contents - Low GI energy drink will increase driver performance.
Step 2: Remove green wrapping - you don't want people knowing you paid that much for it. Additionally, wrapping may be flammable... you can polish it at this point if you wish.
Step 3: Cut out a hole big enough to fit over current muffler tip. Weld here.
Step 4: Attach a kazoo inside other end of 'new muffler'... airflow will pass through this unit and provide additional meaty soundzzzzzzz...

sounds good onmy bike don't change performance.opinions please
