1987 Savage turn signals stopped working is there a separate fuse for this and where could I locate the fuses?

No separate fuse, but they do have a solid state style flasher relay. Little black box with 2 silver prongs on the back, 90 degrees to each other. You can get the same basic style at any auto parts store for $5. Try that first. Trace your front signal wires back under the tank, left side of the frame neck. If you want bike specific, JC Whitney carries them, but shipping is more than the part itself.

Little white plastic box tucked under the right hand seat lip.
