hey folks,

what is the riding/feeling difference, generally, between the different settings for the shocks?

riding single mostly.

what would you recommend for someone weighing 150 lbs?

im at the factory setting '2' now, but thinking i could so softer - i know its mostly a preference thing, but wanted to see what you guys are thinking

set it as soft as you can go w/o bottoming out except when going thru that pothole in guatamala.

Your answer is a variable depending on tire size and weight.

well according to the book (owners manual) 1 soft 5 firm (for a load) factory setting is a 2......I AM a load 6' - 400lbs so I turned it to a 5 - i will let you know after I start riding - I just got the bike and finally got the tag for it this week - been raining since i got the lic. tag so I have not ridden it yet.....it does not bottom out when i set on it like it did on the 2 setting now that it is on the 5 setting.
