I had a similar problem,so I took the carb off again,rinsed it off with clean gas,cleaned the slide, I took the jet out and there was a rock in there ,I tiny piece of grit that would bloc gas,but it was the main jet,the bike did idle,so sorry that is not the problem,just a thought.
Does it idle ?
