And whats w/ the mm's ? I never did get into mm, and too old to learn now. Oh BTW, my stock (sold in Oergon) spacer was .102 in Sept 09. Kinda sounds like close carb tolerances wasn't what Suzuski did best

okay,.. I'd still say about 2/3rds of stock thickness.. the Ace #4 nylon if you can find it...
close enough.... Grin

(edit),.. just went out and remeasured... my two stockers are .103", and .097"... the Ace hardware #4 nylon washers are I have stockpiled are, .062", .060", and .060"..
Close enough to 2/3 rds for government work...
