New here picking up bobber Savage
03/23/10 at 11:38:14
Hi my name is Dave and I am probably picking up an 05 bobber w/8k tonite. If I get it i'll post better pics tomorrow. What do these bobber usually go for? This bike is less than the stockers I can find around here right now. I have a large metric cruiser already, but lookin for a toy to bomb around with and customize. (its kinda done but there's always more lol)

I got it so you'll be seeing more of me on here. lol
It has 7200 miles and a box of parts. rides good but its a hardtail.
$1800 i think it was worth it. Well off to go tinker on it.

Congrats, you will love tinkering with it. But be careful, the modification bug is addictive. I know from experience.

That's a good buy, even if it has already been chopped up some. I bought my 05 last July with just over 5k on it for $2100. I've converted mine from a hackjob bobber to more of a cruiser. (mine had hardtail struts too, and I picked up a pair of used shocks here, Intruder shocks work too if you need more clearance)
