Yes, they were a big difference.
As for having to tweak them, yea, I did too. But, you need to undersand that Ed is a Forum member helping others, not a big company. He does most work by hand. I'm surprised he still has all his fingers...... I really appreciate that he did this.
I guess it's to a point were we should all chip in a few bucks so that Ed can get the plates done up on a CAD tool and then he can have them cut on a Water-jet. It's only a few bucks to get each part cut if he suppliies the aluminum stock ( here in PA $7-$10 ea), but hundreds and hundreds to get the design made for the machine to read.
