I saw a box that was fabbed up out of steel with lightening holes in it, that is my leaning, or maybe with the black mesh insert in the holes.

I have be kicking around the idea of using a NEMA enclosure between a set of EdL's forward controls.  Has anyone moved the battery box to a forward position?

The idea has been kicked around some.  Obvious things like water, debris, etc., can become an issue.  Seems like I remember seeing a pic with one done like that.  But then again, maybe it's just the meds.  They make me think I've seen a lot of things!

If you're trying to "bake" it, maybe find a little hibachi style grill you don't like anymore, and just let it roast for a while.  Might give it a burnt look. Undecided  Or some similar method of exposing it to prolonged heat.  Then again, it might just ruin it. Tongue

yeah i still want it to be able to go back on, so i covered the lock and assembly with a wet rag so it wouldn't catch....

maybe i'll shoot it with a shotgun next time i'm out, OR i'll just spray a design on it and be boring lol
