How about the S40? Does anyone have the sidecases for the S40? I am interested in them for my wifes 09. The website only has them listed only for the Savage (04 and under). Thanks!

They mount to the chrome fender supports,... on sissy equipped bikes, the bolts line up.... on models without sissy bars, the bolt pattern is different, and doesn't line up...

You can make anything fit anything if you're determined enough...

BTW,... where are you located?... I have the sissy bar type mount, if you're close enough...

As long as I know that it is possible, I can try and track down a sissy bar. We are doing a 8000+ KM trip to newfoundland in the spring so outfitting the bike with everything I can.

Yes, Serobot is correct, you do require the backrest. It is winter here right now so I only have a few garage pics: If anyone has any questions about them let me know!
