spark coil wiring

The wiring diagram doesn't indicate which poles the wires connect to for the spark coil.  What is the proper way to wire it?

The coil's contact points are two different sizes, one smaller than the other. If all you did was unplug the coil to replace it, it should be really easy to distinguish which wire goes where.
