Rear stand to remove the wheel?

What do you guys use to prop up the rear to remove the wheel?
I tried to do a search but didn't come up with anything.
I have a sportbike rear stand but it doesn't look like it'll work.
As you can tell this is my first cruiser.
Any info is appreciated.

I rock the bike back and forth, wedging wood underneath each side alternately. Depending on where I put the wood, I can lift front or rear.

You can lay a big bloc next to the bike & lean the bike over hard to the left & kick the block under the swing arm, stand the bike up & the tire is off the ground. Either stuff another block under the left side or tie the bike so it stays up on the block.
A come along in a tree works. or a rafter in the garage.
Or, there is a Lift made from 2X6's , pics online
Floorjack under the bracket under the bike

Youre right a sportbike rear stand will not work unless you remove the muffler.

Yup, what I built. 'Cept I used 2 2x6 screwed/glued together. Screwed a 2x4 to the top and added an eye bolt to each end for tie-downs from the bike. Stapled some carpet on one side of the 2x4 so it's smooooth lifting. It works great!
I think I'll do the same thing except use 2 2x8 for my next one. Then I will be able to lift the whole bike using both.

Paladin, that looks a lot like my floorjack( orange_. Mine didnt have a cotter pin holding the pedestal into the jack. You might want to look at that.

never mind going to home depot. Use a small local lumber yard/hardware store. The prices are usually less than HD and they have people that actually know what they are talking about. Support the local guy.

Thanks for the pics guys. I'll be doing some winter work. Pallidin's & Justin's lifts will work great.
Have the floor jack, tie downs & spare wood to do it. The pics are worth a 1,000,000 words.!!!!
