TDC on reassembly

Besides setting tdc on the rotor with the timing mark on the crankcase, and setting tdc on the camshaft and camshaft sprocket with the index marks sprocket, do I need to set tdc any where else? do you align the index mark on the crankshaft with anything?

California Gender:	Re: TDC on reassembly Reply #1 - 09/27/09 at 13:13:25 no the crank is a 2 stroke device untill it gots a cam (up, down) the cam is a 4 stroke device (suck, bing, bang, blow) once married together at TDC, till death they separate.
