It is called Fail tank, because what should have taken a few weeks to build and get sealed up and painted and everything took almost 6 months.

The Gene is after my dad whom would have been so proud of me for achieving my goal of getting my endorsement and riding. I added the ie as my bike is a girl and so figured it would sound better being called Genie. I had dreamed of owning her for some time so that fits as well....

You guys might not know that was the name a well known English Highwayman Richard Turpin (lol the forum bad language censor won't let me put in the word D i c k... as that was his 1st name) called his horse way back in about 1730...

My wife however calls her Baby.... doesn't quite sound as good when you're out with bad ass biker types.. Grin
