Nice work, looks great.
Do you have a sound file or a youtube for this muffler?

Figuring that is settled, where does the angle problem come in at ?
I remember someone having to add a 7 degree adapter to the muffler mod,.......but maybe I was dreaming.

The bend is just to keep exhaust soot off the brake arm. Ugly doesnt bother me so I didnt bother with a bend. A damp rag now and again is just as effective.

I dont. It sounds like a straight pipe more than a HD muffler or any other pipe really.
I actually dont know how to even make a sound file, I'll figure it and put on out.
Here is the best part, it may work without rejet, it can be made for $50 or less, it may not need welding, though I would be more secure with welding instead of just clamping it, and it can be made in stainless.
And its light and you can lose the carrier with it.
I'll get back on here with a sound file.
Cool.
Srinath.
