Lancer's jet kit is easy, Just remove the float bowl and swap out the jets.
I forgot to tell you that you WILL need a spacer, I'm sorry, sleepy I guess - easy and best way is to remove the head pipe and take it and the canister to a muffler shop. They can even make it long enough, and put a slight bend in it to keep the soot off the rear brake arm.
Even if you have to ride to the shop, it wont take very long. Then get a different exhaust shield, cause the Suzuki one will not do.

Pic of my bike with my drag pipe on it. I cut down my extension, and used it as a spacer along with my harley clamp.
She was kind of dirty there - rode home in the rain!!!
