I have looked everywhere for a tube with a 90 degree stem.  If anyone has found one, please let me know where to order it.

you can get cheap 90 degree adapters as well that screw on the valve, they work ok but i replaced my tube with a 90 degree one when it was time for new tyres, theres quite a few around

140/90 - 15 Continental Premium Tube - 80° Metal Valve (G15/16)

part (G15/16)  look for one of these

I had the same problem on both a Honda Helix and a Kawasaki Voyager. One solution is to go to your local auto parts store and purchase a dual axle valve stem extender "about 3 bucks". It is a piece of steel braided air hose six inches long with male and female ends. You can fish it between the spokes and screw it down on the valve stem. you can then fill the tire and check the pressure with any air chuck. You will only lose a pound or two of pressure while removing the extender. I used to keep one in the glove box at all times.  Or, you  can buy a compressor for 150.00 Smiley
