Another quick update....

I have been running the Savage without a rear mudguard for the past 6 months ish... Lots of fun getting mud up my back  Grin. Im looking for the next mod so grabbed a second hand one from ebay and started on a tow bar (tow hitch). What do you all think? It looks like im going to get some lateral play, will that be a massive no no when towing?

Don'tknow about the flat stock. I used 1/2" round stock for mine & have had no problems in 8 years of use.

Just some more photos to share... It seems the flat bar will be more than strong enough now the boxes are on. However I need to weld it all together now (When I have time).

Hope you all like.....

Iv just doubled up the flat stock and it seems fine now, I do have an issue whereby it will hit the rear pully before the shocks bottom out, but id have to have a heffer on the back for that to happen, and since I have no rear seat, thats unlikely...

I see we have the same exhaust end pipe! Altho yours didnt fall off doing 50mph and bash the end it...  Tongue
