I've listed ever spring on the bike that looks even close to that...... I guess you'll find out later for sure if/when something doesn't go right.

Well, that spring doesn't seem to be strong enough to handle anything major mechanically, so I'm not too worried at this point.

Not sure if the switch would work without the spring though.

And forgot to put the spring back.

I was WRONG...
Yes, was having petcock problems, and didn't even remember that I DID take it apart to inspect the diaphragm.
I also ordered a new (well used) petcock to rebuild mine...Opened up the new one, and voila! The magic little spring was right there...the same one that fell out of my other petcock!
I guess in all the work I was doing on the bike, I forgot which things I did when.
Mystery solved.
