Came across this neat video of what appears to be a wicked 1 into 2 exhaust on an LS650 ... sounds pretty wicked!

I don't think it's a LS650 motor. It's a LS650 frame but not the motor. Look at the clutch cover, it's different. The motor sounds like inline twin to me.

Yah, not a savage, clutch cable different too.
and look at the frame cover, it's on the wrong side.

I put dual pipes on a lawnmower when I was kid,Didn't change the sound at all,That a 180 degree twin I'm sure.

Good call ive seen that video on youtube also and was curious myself! I was thinking of doing something similar with just a dead pipe just for looks, could be cool?

baron makes a "nasty boy"pipe for yamaha venture 1300 (650 x 2)
called a 4-2-4, $400 for a pair (use one sell one)
always wondered what it would do for the LS

im sure if you shortened the baffle on both pipes you could make it work with a throaty sound while keeping the internal engine parts safe...
