Very happy at 50 to 65mph,.... workin' a little at 70, 75mph, may use a bit of oil at that speed... but it will do it, all day if you want it to...
Tops out at about 90mph...

And with a larger person 90 can only be reached going downhill. LOL

Comfortable cruising between 65 - 70 mph. And can run up to 85mph when passing.

Nope,... that's fine...
Just check the oil when you stop for gas, to see if it's using any at that pace. After a few checks, you'll know what to expect.
Mine will drink a little if I go 75+ for a hour or so... at 70 it uses none. That's just the nature of a big thumper,.. nothing broken, they just do that...

Mine likes 55-65, although I could probably stand to go up a jet size. It's hit 90 with some throttle left, but at 80 the bars started buzzing like and electric sander, so I figured I was pushing it.

For my Suzi Savage her sweet spot is 55 to 60 mph. I have seen 80 mph and she had a lot of throttle left. Around 70 mph it seems to get buzzy to me though. They realy did a crap job I think on setting up the 5 speed trans for this bike. Maybe they used one form something else? I think I saw a post of gear ratios and it looked to me like the old 4 speed was geared better.

Red line 6500 rpm
Max 30 hp @ 5400 rpm
Max 34 lbs-ft torque @ 3400 rpm
Max speeds per gear:
1st--35 mph
2nd--55
3rd--75
4th--90
5th-100 (maybe downhill?)
In the same gear the engine be making the same number of revolutions per mile. The load on the engine increases at the square of the speed...double the speed quadruples the load.
So, tex, what speed does the bike seem to hum? What speed does it seem to labor? What speed does it seem to begin to lose stability? Those are the important questions.

it seems to purr @ at around 65 and under it doesn't really get buzzy til bout 80 i've taken it to bout 85 with no handling problems i know that when i do 65-70 i am only using half throttle is that good or ba d don't know liked to know at 60 i'm barely using probally less that a 3rd throttle but at 70 it starts to work a little more but is real stable i know it runs a little rich (cause of the climat i'm in don't know for sure but am pretty sure cuz if mess with spacer at all even half or 3 quater spacer it won't run just with the stock spacer) anywayz i guess 65 mph is probally a good speed it still gets 50-55 mpg
