Air box drain

I can not find the air box drain tube. I just cleaned my air filter, so I guess I know where the air box is. Is this seperate from the engine breather tube? Are the tubes only on California models? My Clymer mentions Crankcase breather (US only) and Evaporative emission control system. (California only) Info please!

If you can't see it hanging down, you must not have one.  It should be near (and longer than) the battery overflow tube.
