Ok,
I went through mastr cyldr, removed cleaned, talked nice to it, massaged the piston and seals looked good.
But i cant seem to get fluid out of it. Some strange secret i don't know about? Maybe prime it first or somethin.
Hmm, Holes not plugged either. Durn it.
anything?

If you have access to a vacuum source and a liquid vapor separator that works well. Another solution is to put the fluid in from the bleeder screw with a syringe. Having had my share of surgery and morphine lately, I talked the nurses out of the rinsed huge syringes in the push to make the pain go away machine. Both work well when air is entrapped in the line. It doesn't take a lot of back pressure to keep fluid out of the line.
Remove the bleeder valve at the caliper.
put your finger over the hole to shut it off.
squeeze the lever while lifting your finger.
after a few squeezes the fluid will flow, put the bleeder back.

If the master cylinder piston is failing you should see the fluid rippling back into the res when you pull the lever. Sounds like it is just needs a good kick start.
I spent two hours trying to bleed mine before breaking down and building a forced pressure bleeder from a garden sprayer. There are lots of instructions on line. It's cheap, and I'm sure you will need it again.

If my technique doesn't work, something is seriously wrong.
