Bars, risers and headlight removed and "lightly"sanded with 320 then 600 grit wet dry sandpaper. I will do the top clamp on the tree and the two head covers as well. It should go real nice with a satin finish bare metal paint. What do you think?

I was sitting there sanding on my tank yesterday and thinking about doing the exact same thing to my headlight. Good work my friend!

Reply #5 - 06/14/09 at 20:31:42 Yours looks like it turned out better than mine. I get a few pics here later. Seems that the edge of the light just doesn't want to "brush" right. I still like it better than the way it was though. I may even just paint it flat black to match the rest of my stuff.
