Finally got around to bolting forward controls from Ed L. What a difference!! Thought it would take a little bit of time to get used to new foot position, but felt so good it was like putting on an old pair of moccasins.

My S-40 is black, so I painted the plates to match and looking at the bike side-on you hardly even notice they are there.

A bit of 'fitting' needed with a bastard file to accomodate right side footpeg, (maybe they have a bit  bigger base on newer bikes, mine's an '08)  but no real drama or any great amount of inconvenience involved.
