Sort of like the southwest Indian pottery. Black gloss flames over a flat black tank and fender? Simple enough to be done with rattle cans.

Reply #5 - 05/27/09 at 14:28:54 flat black does excellent camoflage on bad body repairs, imperfect prep, and "on a budget" custom work... it's very forgiving... it will be seen as long as paint exists... and it has that grey primered 68 charger kind of message "im too cool for color"....overused? maybe, probably... over-rated? never....
