question..silver rod and small spring.. (Read 89 times)

1988savage YaBB Newbies Offline SuzukiSavage.com Rocks! Posts: 48	question..silver rod and small spring.. 05/26/09 at 17:57:38 about a 2inch silver looking rod and a small spring fell out of the side of the engine near the clutch. does anyone know where this goes and how to put it back?

Reply #3 - 05/26/09 at 18:13:23 If there is a cable attached to it, it would be the lever that actuates the clutch. Is the spring round with little hooks on it? I might just be a loose fit and slide back in. If the spring is not number 25 then I'm not fully sure where it goes.

Is this spring about the size of your little finger? check the inside of the clutch cover is there a spring there?
