Adjusting shifter position (Read 120 times)

Posts: 42	Adjusting shifter position 05/20/09 at 08:50:38 Hi, I just got a pair of new boots, and it looks like they are pretty tall in the toe area. It's getting difficult to up-shift. What's the best place to adjust the height of the shifter lever? thks, K

Loosen both nuts and rotate rod to raise the knob. Then retighten the locknuts.

Just lay down there and look things over. You can see which one goes which way. I can't remember right now, or I'd save you the trouble.
