Oh yeah, with regard to the tensioner/cam chain, I've been getting a bit "Freaked Out" myself after reading these posts for the last couple of days. I pulled up to a stop sign today after a 2 miles stretch doing 50-60 mph, and heard some light metal on metal sound. My heart sank into my stomach. Turned out to be a loose buckle on my tool bag hitting the handlebars as I was slowly riding over potholes on my way to the stop.

But yeah, I feel like I'm playing Russian roulette at 20K. There's just a tad bit of chain noise when I first fire her up after sitting overnight. It only lasts a minute or so, then it's gone. But, that little scare today gave me what I needed to open her up before I do the Hawks Nest ride after Labor Day. I don't want to push all of the good luck I've had so far with this bike.
