On the way home I was reminded that the nastiest of rain grooves can still get the front end to wiggle a little even with a fork brace.  And you don't have one.  Might this be an issue with grooves and perhaps someone not used to them on a m/c?

I hate the roads with the long grooves cut in them the same direction that you are riding.

I know one of the roads i expirienced the wobble did not have any rain grooves. The interstate has those rain grooves and i def noticed them come in play when riding.

I really like the idea of the Fork Brace, any recomendations on where get one?

8300 miles,, would take some extreme stuff to have the swingarm messed up that soon.

TKAT makes braces & they work great & look good on a Savage.
Theres a Superbrace available that has tabs to mount for fork protectors.
Its a sleeker design & costs more $$.

I don't notice the rain grooves in Hollywood on the I-5, too busy dealing with all the road repairs, cracks, pot holes, meandering cell phone artists to worry about some drunken rain grooves.

Ok Finally had a chance to check the front out and all seems well...
Also i found a nice long section of road just paved-- oh so smooth, and did not have any wobbles..

needless to say i will be getting a TKAT brace in the mail here soon Cheesy Cant wait till it comes in, im anxious to see how it affects the ride.
MATT
To everyone, thanks for the tips and advice.  Wink
