If the head covers are brass, they might look cool polished and clearcoated (brass, not chrome), if you matched the style in other spots on the bike. I always liked the look of brass instead of chrome.

Reply #16 - 04/11/09 at 00:42:01 I pulled the covers off, took them down to the powder coating shop. Picked them up 5 days later. If you do it make sure to have them put a clear coat on it, it will make it a lot more durable.
