hi there this is my first post i just bought an 2006 s40 and decided to do my valves so i also did my decompression cable adjustment. my valves were fine but the cable seemed (or seemed to be) out of the 3-5mm range.now when i start it seems to hesitate and the throttle response is a little off.i know i did it wrong. what i was doing was measuring the decompression soleinoid shaft that didn;t work right so  i tried measuring how much i can move the lever by cable/shaft up with my hand it was set for about five, still no luck.......well time for dinner...take a easy
